Litigation: When to start a court case.
Contrary to popular belief and many television shows, you are not likely to find justice in the court system.  The only things for sure is this: court proceedings take a long time and cost a lot of money. This is the reason litigation should always be your last resort.

Unfortunately, there are times a lawsuit is forced upon you either because somebody sues you or you are at an impasse in a difficult situation.

When you think you've "been done wrong" it is time to see us.  We will examine your options, and you select the best course of action.  We work with our clients to insure you approve of each step in the process.

We are experienced in state and federal litigation.
