Since 1984, clients from 20 countries have benefited from Jeffrey's knowledge of business and immigration law. Companies in Canada and abroad have sought his advice on legal and tax structures, tax-assisted venture capital strategies, and other business concerns.

A third-generation Chinese-Canadian, Jeffrey is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Frequent travel to Asia enhances his insight into Asian lifestyles and cultures.

Jeffrey cares deeply about his clients, whether he's helping them with their immigration, wills, or estate planning. He counts it a privilege to assist at a critical juncture in their life.

Other accomplishments and leadership positions

Jeffrey's other accomplishments include teaching immigration law courses for Continuing Legal Education programs and the Washington State Bar Association. He also gives seminars in Los Angeles, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore and the Philippines.

He is the president of Lawyers-BC.Com and the director of several Christian organizations, including BC Christian News and Asian Outreach International (Canada).

Education and training

Called to the B.C. bar in 1983, Jeffrey has been directing his own firm since 1990. A resident of Vancouver, he graduated from the University of British Columbia with a bachelor of commerce and a bachelor of laws degree.
