Philosophy of practice

Dean believes in a "hands on" approach to the practice of law. Rather than delegating the work to legal assistants, Dean prides himself on providing personalized service to his clients.

Dean recognizes that cost of litigation is an important factor in the handling of any dispute, and that some cases should be settled in Small Claims Court, others by negotiation or mediation, and where necessary, the B.C. Supreme Court. Providing legal services which are both effective and cost efficient is his goal.
