As a business lawyer, Bruce has guided companies from start-up phase, to public financing.  A businessman himself, Bruce seeks practical and pragmatic solutions to problems, from shareholder disputes, corporate reorganisations, to shareholder agreements.

Bruce has particular experience in leasing, having acted for landlords and tenants in preparing for Offers to Lease, commercial leases, industrial leases, office leases, and others. He has also acted for clients in litigating lease disputes in the BC Supreme Court.

Bruce is the President and CEO of Kitsilano Industries Ltd., a privately held firm that manufactures and markets toys in North America.

Education and background

Bruce was educated at University of British Columbia, and Simon Fraser University. He has travelled extensively throughout Europe, Asia and North America, and worked in a law firm in Tokyo for one year.
