Employment Standards Act Lawyers' Fees

fees icon

In this area, lawyers usually charge fees based on an hourly rate; lawyers with five to ten years experience usually charge between $200 to $250 per hour. Taxes and disbursements are extra.

You can save money by doing some background research. If your lawyer doesn't need to spend time reviewing the basic law with you, your time can be spent concentrating on your particular case.

Lawyers-BC.com may be hosting a seminar for employers on their rights and obligations under the Employment Standards Act. E-mail us if you would be interested in participating.
